I feel that my skills from AS level to a2 level media have improved greatly. My J horror horror trailer is about a teenage girl with long blond hair, who gets tragically bullied by 'mean girls', when they cut her hair she commits suicide by returns in vengeance as a ghost- 'the girl with the long blonde hair'
My AS project was a urban hip hop music magazine with a young target audience. It a urban current magazine with an R&B and youthful feel.

My research for both project required research of codes and conventions of j horror/r&b magazines

Filming day 2

Today is filming day two, Saskia Sheenay and I are filming the finals scenes today

Filming day 1

Today is the day that we have to arranged to film, Saskia and I are out filming today, the beginning scenes. We are optimistic about beginning to film our production and have planned everything out including a shooting script so the day runs smoothly. Today we are shooting in Bexleyheath and are planning to find an underpass in the area.

Production:

In my group, we all have a responsibility to produce different props, I am responsible for finding and ordering the wig, with feedback from some of the group I have decided on this wig for main character Lorna

Recces and risk assesemnt: location- Car Park

In my group, we have decided to slit the recces and risk locations. I am responsible for doing the car park, in which i have traveled to an underground car park in bexleyheath. The 'creepy house' is in my house which seemed appropriate as we are currently re-decorating, its not just a normal family home setting, it has a sense of horror.

Blog post

At this current point in time, i have finished the treatment, the concept (Including feedback), the time-line and the drawn story board- i have completed all the tasks i have been given. All i need to do now is create the anamatic from the story board that i have created. This entails using final cut and putting sound over the clips, I will complete that today. I am on top of my tasks and ready to meet the deadline. Once i have done this, Other members of my group and i will go out in the half term to do the recces for our locations.
